DW's reading page cheerily informs me that it only sees up to the last 1,000 entries.

It also sees about a week back, so i think we're probably going to be safe at this growth rate through the next Ice Age.

I want to journal, i do. It's just that LJ is a dead, rotting husk being carved up and sold to the lowest bidder, and DW is great but i feel like i'm screaming into the aether.

(One of my classmates has informed me that Facebook is the new LJ. Hmm. It's more oddly true than even i would have expected...)

I have so much trouble meshing with Facebook. I'm not sure if it's me or Facebook, but I keep losing things like where the like and post comment buttons are, and every time security options change I can't find my way through the menus to lock things down again without instructions + pictures. I have enough issues with changing menus (once I couldn't use QT for a week or so because they changed everything) but Facebook seems extra chaotic.

I have missed your journaling, although I do understand not wanting to journal here or on LJ. :)

Of course, I should do twitter more, but I keep forgetting about it.

FB is chaotic, but here's a couple of tips: 1)use the "Touch" site, designed for igadgets and droidphones: touch.facebook.com. Way simpler, IMHO. The security options are a bloody mess, i agree. 2)Don't choose to be in any "circles". They're nothing but trouble; i'm only in the one for my school at present as it makes life simpler. I think that's what FB is for me: it puts all my law school inanity in one place.

Thanks for transmitting that i'm missed. Maybe once i have free time again, but the fractured world of journaling needs to get consistent somewhere. And not on tumblr. Lord, i do not have the attention span for tumblr.
